Please note: The contract rate, available options, and policies will be based on the date the contract is signed, not the date of your inquiry or tour.

Cedar ~
5,200

Looking for major bang for your buck? Our Cedar option offers exceptional value with everything listed above, plus:

Friday evening (4 pm - 8 pm) – Ample time for decorating and rehearsal
Saturday (10 am - 11 pm) – Time for last-minute decorating, photos, ceremony, and reception
Sunday (9 am - 10 am) – Time to gather your belongings

Included in our Cedar option:

Ivory linen tablecloths, ironed and ready on the tables when you arrive on Friday to decorate
A 20' x 20' event tent to accommodate extra seating or provide a shaded area for your guests to relax
Use of our portable fire pit (weather permitting)

Bonus: When you book the Cedar option, we also include a six-hour Sunday afternoon rental for your bridal shower!

Honeysuckle ~ 3,500

If you have a moderate budget but still want to go all out, consider our Honeysuckle option. In addition to everything listed above, the Honeysuckle option offers:

Friday evening (4 pm - 8 pm) – Ample time for decorating and rehearsal
Saturday (12 pm - 11 pm) – Time for last-minute decorating, photos, ceremony, reception, and gathering your belongings

Included in our Honeysuckle option:

Ivory linen tablecloths, ironed and ready on the tables when you arrive on Friday to decorate
Use of our portable fire pit (weather permitting)

Wildflower ~ 2,200

If you're on a tight budget but still want the wedding of your dreams, our Wildflower option is perfect for you. Available Saturdays only in July and August, this option includes:

Saturday (2 pm - 10 pm) – Time for decorating, photos, ceremony, reception, and gathering your belongings.

A retainer fee of $500 and a signed contract are required to secure your date. We’re happy to discuss a payment plan that works for you.

Please note: All venue rental and service fees are non-refundable.

The prices above are based on a maximum of 150 attendees (including the wedding party). For weddings with more than 150 guests, additional rental expenses will apply.

Pricing includes venue rental, professional wedding staff, and the amenities outlined for each option. Please note: These prices do not include catering.
